Plan 1: AWA Basic w/ TDP Network. This plan includes discounts on vision, hearing, prescription drugs,
massage therapy, cosmetic surgery, health & fitness club memberships, smoking cessation plans and products, nutritional
suppliments, and weight loss programs. This plan also includes the Tennessee Dental Plan Network. Members of this plan
are entitled to a discount on services provided by the dentists, orthodonists, and oral surgeons in the
Tennessee Dental Plan network.
