Think of the Advantage Wellness Plan as a discount card that saves you money on healthcare products and services. You can use the Advantage Wellness Plan to save money on:

How It Works

The Advantage Wellness Plan is a program that is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Each month, you pay a small membership fee that can be billed automatically to your credit card.

As a member of the Advantage Wellness Plan, you simply take your membership card to any of the healthcare providers in the Advantage Wellness network to receive the discount. Need a dentist? Go to the find a dentist page, choose a dentist in the provider network and make an appointment.

The Advantage Wellness Plan is not insurance. Members receive a discount on products and services. For example, a dentist may charge $75.00 for an adult teeth cleaning. Advantage Wellness Plan members receive a $33.00 discount and only pay $42.00.

Individual Plan $96.00 per year
SPECIAL: $96.00 for 15 months		 The individual plan covers a single person. It's a great way to save for students and those starting out on their own.
Individual + 1 Plan $120.00 per year
SPECIAL: $120.00 for 15 months		 The Individual + 1 Plan covers two people. It's perfect for newlyweds and empty nesters.
Family Plan $144.00 per year
SPECIAL: $144.00 for 15 months		 The Family Plan covers all members of an immediate family.
